Training approach:
To develop basics of facilitation or improve communication skills, trainings are best that allow exercises and learning through action giving the base for new experiences and reflection. Inputs and back-ground information play a small, complementary role. Trainings concepts are designed specifically for the target groups, which concerns also the conduction of in house or team trainings. Working language is German, English or with translation.
